Vancouver Auto Repair

I am a new customer at Pegoraro after being referred by another Sprinter van repair shop. Sometimes things happen for a reason! Joe and Todd are superb. The work has been top shelf and the communication is excellent. I will be returning again and again. It's unusual to find an auto repair business that honestly cares about customer service. Most shops have become jaded and/or tired of people and their car problems. Pegoraro is indeed a rare breed. Thank you guys for setting the bar so high :)

Brought my car in on Friday of the Memorial Day weekend after the check engine light came on suddenly. They looked it over and had a quote to me before noon. They provided a rental car for the long weekend and my car was back in great condition by Wed. Thanks. Great customer service and response time.

We broke down in our diesel pusher RV on a Thursday while on vacation. I called all over Vancouver and Portland trying to find someone to get us back on the road and no one could even look at it until Monday. Pegoraro got us in first thing Friday morning and had us back on the road within 2 hours. They even let us stay in our rig in the parking lot and let us put water in our holding tank to get us through the night. They were super nice and sympathetic to our situation. Highly recommended!

Excellent. I would tell them that they need not look any further because they have just found the one stop service shop that can take of any service issue an automobile might have.I also think that the service is of the highest quality because of the ongoing technical education.

Great customer service. The customer service at Pegoraro's was awesome. One of the best experiences I've had at an auto shop. I had a transmission service done and found out that my transmission was going out. Pregoraro's charged me only the labor since I wasn't going to replace the transmission. I will definitely bring my business back.

Very satisifed. Recently, a friend of mine suggested we go to another business for our auto repairs because they were cheaper. I told him Thanks, but the few dollars we would save would not justify our peace of mind.
