Free complimentary Car to use while my vehicle was in service! I have gone to Ford dealers, Toyota Dealers, and Honda Dealers and have never received a loaner vehicle like I did at Pegoraro. Great Experience working with Pegoraro Auto Repair team. They give a great inspection report that is thorough and informative, complete with pictures and details of my car that I wouldn't see otherwise. Very knowledgeable staff from the service writer up front to the techs working on my car.

This shop is awesome, they were eager to help and get me a loaner car to get to work. They worked with me on cost and made it easy to pay them by phone.

They were fast, friendly and fair with the repairs and their 3 year warranty is outstanding. They communicated with me through text, email and have a website with information on how my repair was going.

Very nice people. Performed all the work very efficiently and 3 years or 36,000 miles guaranteed. My "go to" shop for repairs from now on. Professional. On a late Friday morning, our motorhome was towed in to their shop with brake issues. Their team of mechanics not only analyzed our issues quickly, they even stayed late that night to replace our entire brake system so we could continue on our vacation. Being from out of town and having no transportation, their courtesy car was wonderful. Hats off to their team for taking us in on short notice, giving us great same day service (not a small task), and handling it all with outstanding courtesy and professionalism.

I had some tough decisions to make after my Volvo blew a headgasket. I changed my mind a couple of times and I know I was difficult to do business with, but Matt and Kyle were both very patient and made it work for me.
