Can't say enough great things about this repair shop!! It was my first time working with this team. I was in need of a timing belt replacement and other services on my 2008 Acura MDX. Checked out a lot of places and their reviews. This one seemed good to me so i stopped in. I was greeted by Kyle and he took time immediately to provide me a detailed quote & info of what all would be going into the services. The price was right and the first impression was solid, so i pulled the trigger. Needless to say...The turn around time was as promised and on budget!! The repair tech did a wonderful job of not leaving greasy fingerprints all over the interior and steering wheel. (SO MANY PLACES DO!!) All the areas of the engine he worked on were cleaned up as well. At time of pick-up, a very detailed multi-point inspection analysis was provided to me with suggested services. No strong up-selling from Kyle, just what the manufacturer recommended. Over-all experience was better than anticipated and I'm definitely going to refer them to everyone i know. I've had many experiences with other places that were SUB-PAR at best. Did my research this time. I noticed many great reviews for this shop, so I stopped in to get a quote. Kyle at the front desk provided me a warm welcome, plus one of the shop techs. greeted me with a hello as well. It's a good feeling just to be greeted in a neighborly way!! Kyle provided me a detailed quote for a Timing belt replacement and other misc services on my 2008 Acura MDX. Doing this repair was outside my wheelhouse & I needed a shop I could trust. This shop and it's team of technicians knocked it out of the park!! Work was done promptly and on budget. The repair tech was awesome as he DID NOT LEAVE GREASY FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER MY STEERING WHEEL AND DOOR INTERIOR. (like so many places do..) They've won my trust, and I'm referring them to all my friends and neighbors. THANKS A TON PEGORARO!!!!!

Pegoraro Auto Repair has always gone above and beyond for me. The guys at the front counter are very friendly and knowledgeable and they always get me in and out under their estimated time. They have a complimentary loaner car for me to drive while my vehicle is being worked on. Their prices are fair and competitive with the market in Vancouver and the guys in the back shop really take pride in their work. I will recommend all of my friends and family here.

Super honest, let me know exactly what's going on with my 04 outback, a lot more than I expected but they let me know every single thing that needed fixed or replaced or rebuilt. Thanks Matt I appreciate the honesty, i will definitely come here in the future for maintenance and tune ups! Almost forgot, due to a slight miscommunication they gave us a comprehensive inspection at no charge, couldn't ask for better how est service!!!

Pegoraro is everything you want in an auto repair shop. Knowledgeable, excellent mechanics, user friendly, and honest.
